CIMGlobal takes over all shares in CIMGlobal Europe

CIMGlobal Ltd. has announced to take over all shares in their European counterpart CIM Europe BV. With this the management team will step down from their positions. This decision has been made based on strengthening current operations and opening the path to further expansion for the company moving forward.

Prasant Saha, Chairman of CIMGlobal explains: “I am very proud to say that after the management buy-out of last year we have been able to keep most of our staff on board and that we have been able to keep serving our clients to reach their goals.” He continues: “Recent developments will not cause us to have to change any of the teams and we will be able to keep serving our clients to the highest standards. Our company has been in this industry for a long time and is currently forming strong partnerships to secure the future.”
In the new structure, Jarno de Boercontinues in an external advisory role. “The team and company are very close to my heart after 7 years of work here. As I am involved in many of the projects it is only logical to stay as an advisor to the company for the foreseeable future.”

Rob Eskes adds: “I am confident that the team will be capable to deliver all projects which I have been involved in over the past 5 years and wish CIMGlobal a prosperous future.” Rob will leave the company as per the 18th of April. His replacement will be announced soon.

CIMGlobal is specialised in conferences, meetings, hotel accommodation and association management services for a wide variety of industries. Current projects range from aerospace, medical, energy and apparel industries.
